Very comfortable experience there. Clean hotel with great and unbeatable location in Paris really close to the metro station Cadet and the monuments in Montmartre, the Metro and Gare du Nord and Concord square. Welcoming, good people working here.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Hotel Des Arts. The single room was clean and comfortable, and the convenient location near the train station saved me a lot of time. The staff were friendly and accommodating, letting me leave my suitcase for the day.
One improvement that could be made is the breakfast option.

The location is perfect and top, to a nice restaurant for a short stay. Btw, it's set in 9th arr. District just off the metro station Cadet and the monuments in Montmartre, subway entrance and all main attractions.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were extremely spacious and modern. It was equipped with a bath. The location was particularly good - close to the shops and metro station, Montmartre, and the metro station Cadet and the monuments in Montmartre.
Some of the staff were not so great.
